Return and Cancellation

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • If your order is canceled before it has been shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • A 5% Shopify and administrative fee applies to all cancellations.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • If the order has already been shipped, it will be processed as a return and subject to our return policy.
  • Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, depending on the supplier’s policy.

Custom-Made Products

  • Orders for custom-made sauna covers cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all specifications before approval, as incorrect orders due to customer errors are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with images or details of the damage.
  • Customers must report visible damages on the packaging upon delivery by noting it on the Bill of Lading.
  • Depending on the issue, we may provide replacement parts or accept a return without applying the 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy for Canceled Orders

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in resalable condition with all original manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
  • Refunds exclude shipping costs and may be subject to restocking fees up to 20%.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us to request an exchange.

Refused Deliveries

  • Customers should not refuse deliveries. Refused packages will be subject to the same terms as returned items.
